Do you accept OEM?
Of course, we accept OEM. We customize customer-specific logos through engraving trademarks and laser printing trademarks.
We also provide product customization colors, color box packaging, color box design, packaging design, pallet services, and product material formulas according to customer needs. The product material formula can also be changed according to different usage requirements.
Can you assist me in developing new products? How long will it take?
Every year, our company develops new molds based on market need, and we are also eager to collaborate with customers to produce new products.
Customers who have specific needs can offer samples and market research data for us to assess. We shall determine whether or not to proceed.
The general product development cycle lasts 4-6 months.
Order Minimum Quantities
Usually, our MOQ for valves and fittings is 10 boxes.
If a customized trademark is required, additional negotiation is required. For pipes, it depends on the material. Please contact us via email for specific minimum order quantities.
Can you provide related documents?
We can provide product certificates and various certificates of origin to help you quickly clear customs and apply for tariff preferences.
Customized labeling and packaging services
We provide custom solutions designed to meet your unique requirements. Valve and fittings can be customized with exclusive logo, color and packaging.
Usually we have two ways to customize valves and pipe fittings: through laser or mold inserts. If the quantity is large, we use the mold form, if the quantity is small, we use the laser method.

How long is your lead time?
The delivery time for orders is contingent on the quantity requested and current inventory levels. Standard delivery is typically completed within 30 working days, with some products potentially being delivered even more quickly.
How about the shipping fees?
We provide express, air, sea to port, door-to-door services. We cooperate with professional freight forwarding companies to provide expert services.
For large quantity orders, sea shipping is the best choice. You just need to tell me the products, quantity and location you need, and we will provide you with a professional transportation solution.
Delivery location and transportation method
We provide global shipping for our pipe system accessories, with Ningbo Port serving as our default shipping port. For details regarding shipping to your particular location, please consult with our shipping department.
