1: Cutting the pipe: According to the usage requirements, after measuring the appropriate length, the required pipe can be cut by hand or machine. When cutting, keep both ends vertical and flat, and use a file to remove burrs and sharp edges, but the chamfer should not be too large.

2: Bonding of pipes and fittings: Before bonding, a test installation must be carried out, the installation position must be determined and marked, the length of the pipe end inserted into the pipe end (socket depth + 10mm) and the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket must be cleaned, and then wiped clean. Apply adhesive evenly to the outside of the pipe end and the inside of the socket. It shouldn’t be too thick, but it shouldn’t be leaky either. Insert and rotate after painting. To the ideal combination angle required for installation, insert all the pipes into the socket and fix them by themselves after about 2 to 3 minutes. Wipe off the excess adhesive that overflows from the joints to keep the pipes clean.

3. Pipeline installation must have reliable sealing to ensure no leakage during use. Fixing devices (pipe clamps) should be installed every 1.5m to 2.0m.

4. Since plastic pipes have certain plasticity, when installing horizontal pipes, brackets or elevators should be installed every 0.6m to prevent the plastic pipes from deforming and affecting their use.

5. The water supply pipeline should be kept away from the heat source. The clear distance between the standpipe and the furnace edge should be no less than 400mm, and the clear distance between the standpipe and the heating pipe should be no less than 200mm.

6. After the construction is completed, the pipeline can only be sealed with soil after passing the pressure test.
