• Technical Accuracy: Our provided CAD drawings, pressure ratings (e.g., PN10, PN16, Sch80), and temperature charts are for general guidance. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify suitability for specific chemical media.
• Manufacturing Tolerances: Dimensions of valves and fittings follow international tolerance standards. Minor deviations within these ranges are standard and do not constitute defects.
• Compliance Documentation: We can provide Material Test Reports (MTR) or Certificates of Compliance upon request for specific commercial batches.
• Aesthetic Variations: Minor surface variations or slight color shifts due to the nature of injection molding are considered normal, provided they do not impact the product's structural integrity.

3. Orders and Payment

Due to the industrial nature of our products:

• Validity: Price quotes are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to raw material market fluctuations.
• MOQ: Minimum Order Quantities apply to certain fittings and customized valve sizes.
• Payment: Orders are processed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or Letter of Credit (L/C).

4. Shipping and Delivery

We primarily export from Ningbo/Shanghai Port, China. While we assist with all export documentation, SWD Plastic is not responsible for delays caused by sea freight carriers, customs inspections, or international logistics disruptions.

5. Warranty and Liability

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover:

• Failures caused by improper installation or "water hammer" effects.
• Use of products beyond their rated temperature or pressure limits.
• Natural wear and tear in highly abrasive environments.

6. Intellectual Property
