A butterfly valve consists of a circular valve plate connected to its stem. The valve plate can rotate around the valve stem at a certain range of angles to directly affect the opening of the valve and flow regulation. By adjusting the rotation angle of the valve plate, the fluid flow of the culture medium can be controlled. The maximum size of plastic ball valves in plastic pipes is 110mm or 4 inches, and butterfly valves above 110mm are usually used as shut-off valves.
The connection method of the butterfly valve is mainly a flange connection, and the working pressure is usually PN10. The operating temperature depends on the valve material.
The butterfly valve sealing material can be replaced according to the fluid medium.
There are four common opening and hanging methods of butterfly valves: handle type, worm gear type, pneumatic actuator, and electric actuator.

Protect Equipment: Check valves help protect pumps and compressors by preventing fluid from flowing back into these devices when shut off. Backflow can cause reverse rotation of equipment, resulting in mechanical damage or failure.

Keep your system safe: Preventing backflow contributes to the overall safety of your piping system.

Reduced Maintenance: With check valves, reduce maintenance frequency or isolate a portion of the system for maintenance without shutting down the entire system.

Diaphragm valves  is a valve that uses a diaphragm made of soft material to control, regulate, and isolate the flow of fluid media.

Diaphragm valve functions: control flow, prevent leakage, prevent pollution, and regulate pressure.

Characteristics of diaphragm valve:
Fluid Isolation: One of the most unique features of a diaphragm valve is the separation of fluid from the valve working mechanism via a diaphragm.
Corrosion resistance: Diaphragm valves often use materials that are corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for handling aggressive chemicals. The selection of diaphragm materials (such as EPDM, PTFE or FKM) can be customized based on the specific chemical properties of the fluid being controlled.
Prevent leakage: The soft material diaphragm can effectively isolate the fluid in the pipeline and prevent liquid leakage.
Regulate pressure and flow: The diaphragm valve can adjust the pressure in the pipeline by controlling the opening and closing of the valve. When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the rated value of the valve, the diaphragm valve will automatically close to protect the pipeline and equipment from excessive pressure damage. 

Check valves are mainly connected through glue or threads.
Common check valve styles: ball core type, flap type, spring type.

The globe valve is a valve used to open or control the flow of fluid in a pipeline. The seal of the stop valve is a plug-shaped valve disc, and the sealing surface is flat or conical. The valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the valve seat, which is a forced sealing valve. Its working principle is to rely on the pressure of the valve stem to make the valve disc sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface closely fit to prevent the flow of media. When the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface to prevent leakage. Suitable for a variety of fluid types, including fluid media such as water, steam, oil and natural gas

The valve plate of the PVC gate valve is usually made of PVC or SS304. This type of valve has cylindrical holes on both ends that connect to the pipe. Plastic gate valves are not used to regulate flow and can only be used in low-pressure pipelines.G

An Air Release valve is a valve used to automatically release air accumulated in a duct system. It is installed at the highest point of the duct where air naturally accumulates.

Entrained air pockets in pipes can cause excessive head loss and reduced flow if the air is not released efficiently. Vent valves are often used in water supply or irrigation schemes to ensure that any trapped air in the water supply system is automatically released to maximize pipe functionality.

A back pressure valve is a valve that maintains a constant pressure in a piping system. When the fluid pressure passing through the back pressure valve exceeds the set value, the valve starts to work, releasing the excess pressure and maintaining the normal operation of the pipeline system.
